Flying J Camping
« on: April 04, 2010, 09:39:57 PM »
I have heard that Flying J gas stations are very RV friendly with RV only fuel lanes, propane, dump stations, overnight parking, etc. We were heading back from Dulles this afternoon and we stopped for gas at the Flying J at the Bowling Green exit on 95.  We were surprised to see as many as 15 campers already parked for the night.  One “camper” told us that they always stay at Flying Js in between campgrounds to save money.  One couple had broken out the plastic wine glasses and sharing with the group!   I asked about the noise and was told, “I really quiets down after 10.”
